I am not too creative on my own ideas atm, but I can play off one of yours. Here's who I have:
Spoiler (Stephanie Brown)
Enigma (Riddler's Daughter)
The Joker
Black Cat
Doc Ock
Theodore "Teddy" Eastbooth (Tremble)- He's my OC New Mutant.

Well I have
Terry McGinnis: Clone of Batman made by CADMUS, is now wandering the DC/Gotham area
Spiderman: Spiderman, leader of the Young Avengers
Superboy: Cadmus clone of Superman
Jimmy Hudson: Wolverine's Canadian born and raised son (as apposed to the Japanese one)
Deathstroke: Top bounty hunter of the light, and possibly the best from the DC universe
Harm: evil (semi-magical) soul stealer dude, wields the blade of beowulf and generally just wants to inflict harm.

Maybe Spiderman could try to recruit Nico to the young Avengers, although it would be a little complicated to earn her trust as the avengers were the responsible of putting her and her friends in foster homes. Maybe Nico and Superboy could have a small team up. Deathstroke could have been hired to investigate more about the Pride and he could end having a fight against Nico.

Enigma and Nico are both daughters of villains but they have opposite ways of thinking, maybe that would be fun to see. Spoiler and Nico would probably end getting along

Fair on Spiderman, sounds like a fun thread idea though. The goth sorceresses and the angry kryptonian? Oh they'll be needing to call a hospital  . In fact, we could double up with Conner and Deathstroke and have them fighting him specifically.

I could start a thread between Enigma and Nico. Maybe Enigma could be in L.A. to study a bank so she could prepare a heist, and end meeting Nico. And I'll try to think in an idea between Nico and Spoiler

Also maybe Superboy and Nico could team up against a magician supervillain that could try to take L.A. now that the Pride is gone. They would end calling an ambulance...for the villain Although the Deathstroke idea sounds cool too

I think it would be a nice idea if Nico, and Klarion would meet. As Klarion is a lord of chaos, who likes to cause chaos maybe Nico sense something wrong, and then a Nico tries to stop Klarion
