(Whoever is not actually played by someone can have an implied presence in this thread to make the turn-out seem bigger.)
So it had happened. What started as a secret alliance between The Light and The Emissaries of Evil turned into chaos that brought worlds together. One side was at just as much fault as the other, but each ego was not about to admit that he or she screwed up. And Doc Ock, for one, was not happy with the idea of new heroes to stop him or new villains to meddle in his business in an effort to get a cut of the money he rightfully stole or credit for the schemes he and he alone came up with. Still, he needed the backing of the Emissaries for now, and even a continued alliance with The Light. The villainous organizations needed to come up with a plan to exploit this merge, to use it to their advantage. And even Ock's ego wasn't too big to hear what his co-horts had to say.
Doc Ock stepped into the hideaway underneath the streets of Central City via a secret subway entrance. It was quite fancy and luxurious for an underground lair. Ock didn't need to guess as who paid for this one. He had mixed feelings for this Lex Luthor. He respected Luthor's brilliance and subtle evil, but at the same time felt that Lex would turn on the Emissaries at any second... and perhaps even on The Light as well. Ock despised traitors, and had been known to punish them. For now, he had one of his extra arms pour him a glass of whiskey and bring it to him as he watched a few other members of the teams walk in.

Deathstroke cared little for the internal politics that were waged within the super villain community, knowing that no matter what, he was of use to whoever controlled the world. As a mercenary, there was always a need for someone willing to take care of the status quo's enemies. And with Wilson being noted as pretty much the best hired gun in the world, Luthor pretty frequently hired the man.
In fact, he was working for The Light for the simple reason that the coin offered had been quite good. Desperation to fill Sportsmaster's slot had made negotiations short and lucrative for Slade. Always willing to do the dirty work, Deathstroke had been in the organization's employ for going on five years now. So it was safe to say he had proven himself anything but a traitor to whatever cause they were going for, but that didn't mean he wouldn't say no if someone with better cash rolled along. No, that did make him a traitor in the event, simply a smart businessman.
Standing with his back against one of the walls Deathstroke simply waited to see how things would play out amongst the group. After all, whoever dominated the meeting would likely be a powerhouse worth seeking employment from in the future. Doc Ock and Norman Osborn both seemed like interesting prospects, one with money, the other with brains, any arrangement would end satisfactorily for him assuming a successful hit. And his were always successful.

It wasn't that Lex Luthor was scared of the new heroes from this other world. He wasn't scared of anyone- not Superman, not the rest of the Justice League, not Young Justice, and not any of his fellow villains from his world like Gorilla Grodd who threatened to end his reign as the Villain of Villains... so to speak. So why would he be scared of the pathetic heroes from the other world.
No he wasn't scared... but he saw potential. He saw violence, destruction, and profit from all that. In essence, he saw war and playing all sides against each other. The Light and the Emissaries of Evil could aid him in that. After all, why settle for ruling one world when he could rule "two." He had so much confidence in this plan that he had a luxurious little "hangout" built in the filthy underbelly of a filthy, second rate Metropolis like Central City.
Stepping in, he saw that Dr. Otto Octavius, Slade Wilson, and a few others had arrived. While everyone in this meeting were the "big guns", he awaited a few more key players to join before the big plan was laid out. For now, he stepped over to Slade and Otto.
"I trust your little operations are going well so far?" he said. "Rest assured I do not wish to compromise those plans, but to escalate them. Like any good team of wicked men and woman, we start off small and individually, then build into a mass team effort. In the end, we can go our separate ways again, but this time each with a piece of the pie."

With merge of the worlds, chaos appeared. But it mainly affected the heroes of both worlds, as the villains were able to organize and create alliances. Vandal had to tell Klarion that he did a great job when he merged the two worlds. The Lord of Chaos had great potential, and was still of use for the immortal Vandal Savage, it was sad that they had different visions of the world, Vandal's vision was one of order, but Klarion only seek chaos. But right now he didn't care too much about it.
Today there would be a meeting between the Light and the Emissaries of Evil, where they would discuss what their next move. Sooner or later the heroes would be organizing, so the bad guys needed to take a step forward. He soon arrived to the secret entrance that Luthor prepared for this encounter in Central City, just under the nose of the fastest hero of the world, thought with a smirk.
As he entered he saw the familiar faces of Luthor and Deathstroke and gave them a nod as he entered. He also gave a nod to Doctor Octopus, the only member of the Emissary of Evil present. He had to admit he was curious about the scientist as he could rival with Luthor's intellect. He poured himself another glass of whiskey and took a sip as he nodded to Luthor's words. That man could be charming as a snake, he had to admit it, but he knew about Luthor's nature and that he would probably back-stabbed them all. "Well my friend I hope we can start talking about the master plan now, now that nearly everybody arrived"said the immortal with a smirk.

Doc Ock didn't like it. Yes, there were a few there from the Emissaries of Evil, but it seemed like Luthor and his co-horts from The Light were starting to to outnumber them. The last thing anyone in the Emissaries wanted to be seen as was the "B-Team." Deathstroke's presence didn't really bother him. The two had done business after all, and Slade seemed to be trustworthy enough as long as one paid him his price. Then there was Vandal Savage. Ock saw him as nothing more than Luthor's attack dog. And finally there was Luthor himself, talking to both teams like whatever they had going on at the time was insignificant compared to what the wicked billionaire had in mind.
"I would like to assure you, Mr. Luthor, that I am no low level criminal, and therefore I do not plot out... little operations," he said. "As of right now, I have developed a plan to study the greatest and darkest secrets of your universe." He then approached Vandal and glared at him coldly. "And what I have swimming through my complex imagination is far more masterful than any plan you could ever come up with." Otto then placed a cigar in his mouth and had one of his tentacles light it. "Cigar, Mr. Savage?"
Ock then turned back to Lex as he sipped his drink.
"Nevertheless, let's hear what this big plan is," he said. "And let's hope it doesn't end the way your last one did... lest another cursed universe mixes with ours."

(If you haven't joined and want to, don't have your character walk in. Just say he or she is already present.)
Once everyone who was going to arrive had arrived, Lex began, eying Octavius first.
"With all due respect, Octavius, even with your genius and cunning, I doubt you have looked entirely outside of the box as I have in regards to this particular plot," he said. "And the reason is this: We've all focused far too long on our respective adult foes. I of course speak mainly of the Justice League and the Avengers. We have tried to strike them in every place possible, and have admittedly failed. Even when we have brought them down, they have come back and come back strong. But not this time. This time we are going to hit these teams where we have never hit them before... right in the heart."
"The heart?" asked Octavius.
"I speak of their apprentices, the teams known as Young Justice and the Young Avengers," said Lex. "If we cut the new crop before it has a chance to fully grow, then we not only weaken the Justice League and the Avengers, but we wipe out their legacy... their future." Luthor poured himself a glass of scotch and sipped it. "Now let me make this clear. I do not speak of putting these young heroes in their graves before their prime. That is an extreme measure to be taken. These heroes are young... and therefore open to manipulation. Turn our enemies' students against them and we bring them down in every way possible."

Vandal listened to Octopus delirious of grandeur and chuckled a little. "Then my friend, tell us how your masterful imagination without any plan has worked with you before the merge of the worlds? When was the last time you escaped prison?"asked Vandal Savage with a serious expression. He knew that this man could probably be a genius, but he wasn't in no place to talk to them like that. It was enough to allow sometimes Luthor that behavior, he wont let another genius to talk him down like that. "We are here to talk about the future after all my friend"
Vandal Savage chuckled a little when the scientist offered him a cigar. He accepted it with a smile. "Thank you my friend"said with a smile as he smelled the cigar. "Nice brand"said with a chuckle before he light it. After it was light, he took a couple of puffs and blew a couple of smoke rings towards Octopus' direction.
He listened to Luthor as he puffed on his cigar and Vandal Savage nodded. Those children had proved to be more powerful than their adults as they had ruined their plans. It was time to finish with that. Trying to manipulate them? That would work probably with a couple of those kids, but they had proved to be loyal to their elders, something admirable yes, he thought it was better to kill those kids, or at least those that wouldn't join them. He didn't say anything and observed the others to see their reactions towards Luthor's speech.

Looking at both Luthor and Vandal as they tried to have a game of "my evil plans are better than your evil plans" with Octavius, the man sighed a bit. How come these evil-genius types had to be such pre-modonnas about EVERYTHING? Frankly, Wilson wasn't personally into the whole complex plan thing himself, though as one of the world's greatest strategists he could probably make something up if put on the spot, though he really lacked the imagination to make villains and thugs of types other than himself be of use. Still deciding to say nothing about how ludicrous the idea of them arguing over all this was.
The idea Luthor had though was one that was innovative to say the least. Young heroes were a thorn in their collective sides more and more often as of late, Slade himself still held a personal grudge against Tigress for pulling one over on himself and Black Manta to steal his boy back. Knowing that the plan Otto had hired him for would render this point moot, Deathstroke still felt it necessary to bring this up, "what about those who both won't turn to the dark side, and won't be handled by other less savory methods?"
After letting that hang over everyone's head for a moment he then went on, "The Superboy for example? I'm sure though he has your genetic structure he won't be so willing to turn over to us because of his "Super Grudge" against you, and he's certainly too difficult to handle conventionally considering that not even hot magma could do much more than hurt him a bit." Kryptonite was an obvious answer, but Slade knew that the resource was rare, and Luthor would be reluctant to give his kryptonite over to Wilson on the off-chance the very rare resource was lost. Money couldn't buy everything, and an infinite supply of REAL kryptonite was one of those things.

(Again, assuming this is prior to the Site Plot)
Ock sneered at Vandal Savage's ego, probably because it rivaled his own. But he held his tongue as Luthor went over the plot. Ock had to admit, it sounded good. With his promise to Spiderman that their rivalry was over, Ock was anxious to take out other heroes, and the other Young Avengers were perfect targets.
"Very well, Mr. Luthor," he said. He then listened to Wilson speak of this Superboy. "If we could capture this seemingly unstoppable Superboy, I would love to do some experiments on him, perhaps find a way to make some more loyal copies." Lex raised an eyebrow. Perhaps he could use Ock and Wilson against his "son".
"If you can pull off the abduction, you're welcome to him, Doctor," said Lex. "Keep me informed. As for harming Superboy if it comes down to it, don't worry, Slade. I have that taken care of. And once the leader of Young Justice is either down or on our side, the rest of the team will fall with him. Now, we have those on our friend Octavius' side of the fence: The Young Avengers and these... mutants that seem to be outcasts in your society. Any suggestions as what to do with them?"
"Well," grinned Ock. "We do have one advantage over these young heroes already. The Light and The Emissaries know where we stand with one another. This Young Justice tandem and the Young Avengers do not. Perhaps if there is strife between them, it will leave them more vulnerable for us."
