Setting A dark abandoned area of New York. Most buildings decadent and falling apart. Few people to be seen in the dead of night other than the usual street walkers and thugs. A gathering has been called. The meeting place; the basement of an old warehouse. A couple of guards posing as homeless people sit outside the entrance. Magnus sit's down in a metal chair at the end of the room waiting on the others to arrive. His wardrobe is his iconic red helmet, armor, and black cloak. Enter "Where are they! They are late," Magneto shouted with an aggravated tone. If it was one thing he hated, it was people being tardy. Magnus stood up from his chair and peered at the underling, "I asked you a question." The boy was scared speechless. Magneto sighed, "Sorry. It is not your fault for their delay. Call them again and make sure nothing has happened. I know how dangerous it is for us mutants now days." The boy quickly picked up a cellphone and made a few calls. All of a sudden the elevator activated and several other members poured in. Magnus looked at the late comers. Their were still one or two still missing from the crowd. Magneto sighed again, "The rest will just have to catch up on the details. I guess we will just have to get started without them." Magnus then went back to his chair and sat down. He would then begin his speech.

Marko would have arrived with the others, but the thing was there was no way in Hell that he was going to fit on the elevator with all of them. So... soon loud stomps were heard coming up the stairs, louder and louder as he drew closer to the meeting room. Finally, the Juggernaut walked in. Normally, if anyone were to scowl at him for being late to something, he would have told them to piss off. But not Magneto. No, he respected the man and was loyal to him. He would steal, kill, and destroy for Magneto on a mere whim. Groaning a bit, he stepped over and joined the others, cracking his head and knuckles as he stood by Magneto.
"Sorry, Magneto," he said. "Had a bugger of a time gettin' here. Ran across some of the Charles' new brats on the way here. His group's growin' bigger, and even I'm startin' to get concerned." Like Magneto,The Juggernaut had every right to call Xavier by his first name. His history with the man went even further back than Magneto's did. The two had grown up together... as stepbrothers. The difference was that unlike Magneto, who still had respect for Xavier, Marko hated the man. He blamed the man for nearly every miserable moments in his life, including the death of his father. Marko's loyalty to Magneto was the only thing Juggernaut felt was holding him back from murdering the leader of the X-Men.
Now, after giving his reason for being late, he waited to see what his own leader was going to do about the X-Men and the New Mutants.

Regan was in the elevator dressed in her purple costume alongside other members of the Brotherhood. She wasn't sure if it was wise or not trying to justify her lateness, as she guessed that the master of the magnetism would prefer to talk first about this meeting, rather than listening to excuses. She had to admit that she liked that quality in a leader, talk directly about business. Once the elevator opened she was one of the first to leave the elevator.
There she saw that Magneto was there and not in a good mood. The blond illusionist simply bowed her head a little. "Sir, sorry for my lateness"said Regan before she took a seat. Then she heard strong noises of step and she smiled as she realized that those steps belonged to Cain Marco, the Juggernaut. At least she would be with a friendly face. Besides Magneto many of the other members' faces were totally new for her, and she wasn't interested in making friends now. That was another quality she liked on a leader, being able to recruit, no matter if it were with sweet words or with intimidation that man could send ice to a Eskimo, thought with a grin. She just wanted to listen to what Magneto had to say to them.
As Juggernaut entered and offered an apology, Regan smiled and waited till he sat down. She gave him a nod after he finished and turn back her attention to Magneto, wondering what had he planned for the Brotherhood.

Magnus waited as the larger than life Cain Marko entered. He was tardy, but his explanation was valid. The X-men were continually getting in his way. This would have to stop or he would be force to take drastic actions. Magneto looked at Cain and said, "I will address that issue in a moment. I am tired of Charles getting in my way. His recruits will suffer for his transgressions if he isn't careful." Magnus then looked and saw the lovely Lady Mastermind enter the room. Her tardiness was unexpected. Magneto overlooked it and began his speech.
"My fellow brother's and sister's... welcome. I am sure you are all wondering as to why I have gathered you all here tonight. That answer is simple. I am her to tell you about our future! The humans have done quite enough to us and I, for one, am fed up with their existence. We are going to wipe them off of the face of the planet. Time after time I have given them chances to change their ways but they have proven unwilling to do so. They have oppressed us, persecuted us, and attacked us for far too long. Now we must stand up and show them what happens when mess with the next stage in evolution. My plan to achieve these ends will be simple. We are going to flood the Earth! Every mutant will be offered safety on our home, Asteroid M. There, we will wait out the flood as it wipes out the humans. I will be selecting a few of you to run missions for me in preparation for this event. Your loyalty and services will be rewarded. Now for the Mutant group known as the X-men. Their numbers are growing. This isn't so much of a problem as their meddling is. My orders pertaining to them are simple. Do not instigate a fight with any known X-men; however, do what you must to defend yourself and accomplish your given tasks." Magneto looked at Juggernaut and then back to the crowd, "Now as for how this will be done, that is more complicated. I shall speak to each group of my choosing individually. That is unless you have any questions." Magneto looked at Marco, "We need to take Charles out of the picture. Without him, the X-men will be too distracted to fight us." Magneto then motioned Lady Mastermind to come to him. He had a mission to give both her and Juggernaut.

Marko turned and smiled when Regan entered. He was hoping she would show up. Anytime Regan showed up at a Brotherhood meeting, Marko felt that he and her were going to be up for a bit of fun. Not the fun some would think of between a man and a woman, but fun as in causing chaos, destruction, misery of the masses. That kind of fun. When she nodded to him, he gave her a wink, then paid attention to Magneto himself.
Marko listened to every word that came out of Magneto's mouth. When that man spoke, you listened to every word and NEVER asked Magneto to repeat himself. The part that interested Juggernout most of all was the end of it... the part of getting Charles Xavier out of the way. Marko grinned at this. Had Magneto finally severed ties with Xavier? Had he finally decided that the bond the two men shared in their youth was now completely broken? More importantly... was Marko now allowed to slaughter his stepbrother without fear of his leader's wrath? How sweet that would be. In addition, the rest of the X-Pukes would go down as well.
Still, in all this joy, Juggernaut had another concern, and one he had dealt with recently.
"I hate to put a damper in the idea of rippin' the X-Men apart, Magneto, but we've got other problems this time," he said. "More humans from another world for one, but super humans from there as well. Regan and I have a nasty turn with one of 'em in a bar near here some time back."

Regan smirked at Cain's wink, it was good to have him back in the Brotherhood, not only because they have a really powerful ally, but because she had a good partner in the team. She then listened to Magneto's speech.
It was the usual stuff of we mutants have bee oppressed and it's time we have our revenge towards humanity. But there was a part that called her attention: he planned to flood Earth! That was interesting and a extreme measure, but she didn't mind who lived and who died, what she cared was where she would be safe. He then talked about the Asteroid M, she smirked wickedly by this. He then gave instructions of not engage battle against the X-men and she nodded. If they battled against those puritans, the X-men would get their noses and eyes over their plan.
Once Magneto motioned Lady Mastermind, the blond mutant got up and followed Magneto. She smirked as Cain got up too and he seemed very happy by this. Then he talked about the heroes of the other world and she remembered Constantine, she still wanted to settle things and finish with the British, Cain had a point, what about the other heroes of that other world? "Maybe we shouldn't do anything against them. With the heroes also came the villains. Let them kill and fight each other while we continue with the plan under the shadows"said Regan with a smirk.
