Harley is a normal sized woman with the body of a gymnastics goddess. She has long blonde hair that falls past her shoulders when not put up in pig tails. At times her blonde hair is colored a black and red at the tips. Her eyes are a blue color a color that would be a sky one. when not in her jail house clothes she can be found wearing anything that makes her look cute and amazing.
With her Costume she has chosen one of a two piece in order to show Mr. J that she is a Sexy bad girl who can take on the world on her own. Her face is painted a white like normal with red lips. Her top is much like a corset which is made up of the colors back and red. They are mitch matched colors but they work together. She also has mitch matched gloves and selves that are also black and red. Her pants are held up by a black belt and her skinny pants are also black and red with other colored diamonds. Her boots are also again mixed colors. She carries many weapons and blunt objects.
Personality
Quinn is a nut case. She is her own type of crazy and that is final. She is one of the people who is as crazy or possibly even crazier then the Joker at times. She has a very bubbly personality though one that is always loving and welcoming new people. once she befriends someone she befriends them for life. Only once someone has done her wrong such as live wire she doesn't like you. However the joker is the only one who has gotten re-accepted.
Though these last year Harley has broken out from under the Joker due to his absence and his abuse. Though it is sure once he has returned she would turn back to the side kick she normally is. Harley however is very smart and is always finding a way to escape prison and make her way in life. However she has gotten very brave and more apt to doing her own stunts.

Master of disguise | Harley could be anyone, she has a great skill of disguise and is always helping others escape though this means.

Your Story
Having broken the Light in half, and stopping the alien invasion, the Team will now operate out of the WatchTower, side-by-side with the Justice League. Not because Mount Justice was destroyed, but because you earned it.
History
Miss. Harleen Frances Quinzel was one of the smartest girls in her class growing up. Always doing what momma and pappa told her. As she reached her college years she was accepted in to one of the best colleges in the states. She majored in gymnastics and psycology. It was here that she created a theory 'There are only two circumstances under which a person disregards the rules of society. When they commit a crime, or when they're in love.' Here she did an experiment with her boyfriend, telling him that she stole a car and black mailed her teacher. Her boyfriend ended up shooting a homeless guy in the gymnasium of the school because he believed the homeless guy was the teacher. He begged harley to help him kill himself because if she loved him she would help him. It is still a mystery if she actually did help.
Harleen Quinzel was then an intern at Gotham's Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane, she had graduated from Gotham University with majors in Gymnastics and Psychiatry. Always wondering about the Joker Harleen talked her supervisors in to letting her work with the Joker for her book on Serial killers. Agreeing, they allowed the woman full time with the Joker. As time went on Harleen began to fall in love with the man. the blonde had broke out Joker plenty of times and once the authority figured it out she was then placed in a cell of her own. Eventually the girl broke out and became 'Harley Quinn' and was then known as the Jokers Hench girl, possibly girl friend, maybe punching bag, or maid, Not really sure where the crazy girl fits in.
When the Joker Diapered after the Young Justice Team defeated the injustice league Harley was very unsure of what to do with her life. It was during this time she started to become her own villain to Gotham but the pain of not having her love hurt to much. It was time that the girl moved. So she made her way to Blüdhaven where the Nightwing had been found. Harley knew that Nightwing was one of the robins that was a partner to Batman. Harley started out with small crimes and has now taken over a good amount of the crime in Blüdhaven. She has been known to travel between gotham and Blüdhaven
