Physical Appearance
Cassandra is a girl of clear mixed Caucasian and Oriental heritage. Her skin tone is a rather pale one, due to being raised among the darkness of her mother's world, serving a bit of a contrast to her dark hair and eyes. Both of Wu-San's eyes have the typical almond shaping of those with her ethnicity. All of Cassandra's complexion is marred with a series of scars that she's earned from years of training, from large gashes along her body and back, to even a series of small ones across her knuckles and both hands. Of course, these are the most concentrated, with a large number streaking across the canvas of the young woman's hide.
Most times, Cassandra favours comfortable clothing, not often wearing anything over-cumbersome, and rarely anything made of an expensive fabric that she has to worry about ruining. Most times, Cain will also have her hands readily wrapped, in an attempt to minimize injury to her hands, as a preparation in the scenario of being attacked by another League member, as these are often the precursors for an impromptu training session, or an attempt to gain her position in the organization.
As Black bat, Wu-San will don a costume that bears a striking resemblance to the Batman's. Her costume includes a full grey body-suit, modified to better serve her in combat. Plating has been applied to the knees and shins, as well as in the abdomen, hands, and outer-forearms, all underneath the surface of this suit, excepting two openings in the knees. The plates which have been placed in her arms have had special blades grafted onto them that can be utilized as weapons. Black Bat's mask completely covers her face, even connecting to her cape to make a cowl. The only apparent way of seeing while in-costume are two mesh-like "lenses" over where her eyes are, through these Cassandra has somewhat skewed vision, but gives the young woman a much less human appearance that unnerves some.
Personality
Cassandra is a naturally quiet person, likely attributed to her inability to speak, but even with this being considered she is a naturally introverted person. Keeping to herself due to a natural paranoia after spending years being attacked at almost random times, when her guard has been lowered, by those who would have her believe them the girl's allies. There are only three person who Wu-San shows any emotion for in the world: Her mother, Sandra Wu-San, who has been the only member of the League to not assault her daughter while the younger had her back turned and loves as a daughter typically does, Ra's Al Ghul, the man who Sandra was born to protect and does every day, and Batman, a figure who has fascinated the girl since childhood, so much so that she's modelled her persona as an assassin after him. Anyone else will simply get responses in the form of aloofness, or more negative emotions, when confronting the girl about anything.
While Wu-San is seen as a killing machine, a simple one at that, and nothing more to most, she is still very much human. As such, she has a number of hobbies and interests which extend beyond martial arts, and assassination. Specifically, Cassandra has a distinct fondness of ice cream and puzzles, occasionally using what money she earns from her "cut" in the League that isn't set aside by Sandra to buy new a gallon of stuff, and new 3-dimensionals and jigsaws. She also enjoys the company of small animals, and as a child, was known to sneak in little creatures to the facility after training, regardless of her getting caught and subsequently punished by Sensei for breaking the rules, and potentially sabotaging the disclosure of their order.
What's Under Your Mask?
I suppose now you bring me to justice. Let your new friends interrogate me. I wonder if your position's secure enough to survive them learning everything I know.
Powers
Autism/Body-Reading| Despite not being a meta-human or alien, this does not fall under the category of a skill so much AS a power. Born with typically-occurring autism, Cassandra was born with naturally weak speech patterns. This was noticed by the League's doctors, and as a result, kept Cassandra from her mother during the first several years of life. During this time, the girl never heard another human voice, and learned to communicate by means of body language. This allows the girl to not only know what another person is thinking by the most subtle of any postural or movement-based factors, but can even predict their actions to a limited degree. This has caused the typical pathways in Wu-San's brain to basically atrophy and make verbal speech a virtual impossibility at this time. While her vocal chords CAN make noise, it is essentially not possible for the girl's brain to understand how to mimic the tensing and relaxing of the appropriate muscles to mimic words being spoken. As well, her brain cannot process most voice-type noises that it hears, sounding like nothing short of blank noise to the girl.
Skills
Sub-Superhuman Conditioning| A typical Peak Human can run 40 mph, or lift over double their body weight, or hold their breath for 7 minutes. Cassandra can do all of these at once. Due to her high level of physical conditioning, Black Bat can perform a number of feats that represent the peak of human performance at the same time. The core of the issue is, however, that Cassandra is strictly limited to the body of a human woman of her height, weight, and age. An example being that Cassandra's maximum number for lifting is 230 lb. However, thanks to her martial arts skill, she can consistently exert roughly this amount of force, or more, based on physics and application of force.Martial Arts| Trained by her mother, and several other members of The League, Cassandra numbers among the most skilled martial artists in the world. Versed in the disciplines of every fighting style that currently is living in the world right now, Cassandra utilizes her extreme natural talent and intensive training to defeat her foes. As well, due to her youth, Wu-San is still able to learn quickly, and in fact does so every time she encounters another skilled fighter.
Weaponry| Cassandra is versed in a diverse range of weapons, including swords, shuriken, bows, and firearms. While she prefers hand-to-hand combat, Black Bat will utilize weapons as needed.
Assassination| While she has only killed once in her life, so far, Wu-San is capable of killing, knowing a large number of methods to do so. This includes pressure points, stealth killing, and poison-making.
Stealth| Trained in ninjutsu as part of her typical martial arts instruction, this was further supplemented by direct stealth training, tutored in keeping herself unnoticeable, silent footfalls, and blending into the shadows.
GearCostume| A modified body suit with key playing in key points, blend into the shadows, and hide the young woman's largely unknown identity. The purpose of this costume more serves the purpose of illustrating her fasination with Batman than anything else, but she has made it practically useful as well.
Utility Belt| A belt that houses Cassandra's weapons, and any other useful objects she can find on the way. It also houses a series of other tools, and a poison/antidote kit.
Cassarangs| A flawed recreation of the Batarang. Named "Cassarangs" jokingly by her mother, these weapons are a lethal version of the traditional batarang, housed in a small circular center. Unfortunately, they do not fly as well as the true design, falling short about half the distance of the original, nor can they return after being thrown.
